2010 CAMP SESSIONS
FEES: The fee for the 2010 camping season is $775.00 per session. A
deposit of $275.00 per week for each camper must accompany each Camp
Application.
TRANSPORTATION FROM CALGARY TO CAMP: Campers arriving in Calgary by bus
or plane can be picked up and returned by Bates Bar J staff. Arrangements must
be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. The transportation charge is $60.00
return per camper and must be paid at time of registration. If only one way is
required, the charge will be $30.00 per camper.
REGISTRATION & PICK-UP Camper registration takes place on Sundays
from 2:30 pm through 4:30 pm. Pick-up takes place on Saturdays from 6:00 pm
through 8:00 pm.
CALENDAR: The "VACANCIES" column in the following calendar represents
the number of spaces still available for that camp week. The specific number of
girls and boys that we can accomodate is flexible until we make our dorm
allocation. When the dorm allocation has been made, the number of open spaces
is shown for girls and boys. For example G:19 - B:8 means that we have room for
19 more girls and 8 more boys.

Arrangements for late arrival or early pick-up can be made through the camp
office at (403) 637-2199. Anyone arriving ahead of booked term dates or
departing a day later will be charged a daily rate accordingly.
THERE IS NO REDUCTION IN FEE FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE
